A music-driven indoor cycling class that moves with the beat. You'll sprint, climb, and challenge your endurance through rhythm-based choreography, both in and out of the saddle. Set in a low-light, high-energy environment, this class is designed to push your limits. All levels welcome; modifications offered throughout.
A full-body, low-impact workout built around rhythm and control. You'll move through a continuous flow that tones and strengthens using bodyweight and optional equipment like light dumbbells, ankle weights, a yoga block, Pilates ball, and resistance bands. All levels welcome.

Where rhythm meets resistance. This class uses heavier weights and controlled, beat-based movements to build total-body strength and improve form. Expect a focused, high-effort session designed to challenge and support all levels.
