We may disclose relevant information to service providers supporting our operations as needed to perform services for us.

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to lawful requests, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.

If ENRGI Fitness undergoes a merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

The protections for mobile information and SMS consent in Section 4 apply to disclosures involving our text messaging program.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Privacy

If you opt in to our SMS program, we use your mobile number and related information to send transactional messages, such as class booking updates, reminders, account alerts, and customer support follow-ups.

Message frequency varies depending on your account activity and interactions with ENRGI Fitness. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP to a message we send. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. For help, reply HELP or email info@enrgifitnessstudio.com.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel your membership or class reservations. You remain responsible for managing your bookings and reviewing account information through our website, app, or other available channels.
